About Us
Our Story
From its modest origins in a business unit in Maghery Co. Tyrone, ITS has flourished into a market leader, particularly renowned in the construction health and safety domain and beyond. Today, we proudly operate from our headquarters in Portadown, where our custom-built training centre stands as a testament to our commitment to providing top-notch training facilities. Our state-of-the-art centre is equipped with the latest technology and resources to deliver a comprehensive and immersive learning experience.
In addition to our headquarters, we’ve expanded our reach with a training centre located in Dublin. This strategic presence allows us to cater to a wider audience and provide accessible training solutions to companies and individuals across the island of Ireland.
Our success is grounded in the trust bestowed upon us by our valued clients. At ITS, we are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of training, leveraging our rich industry experience and commitment to quality education. We are accredited with the UK and Ireland’s leading industry bodies.
We take immense pride in our team of experienced industry trainers who bring a wealth of practical knowledge to our training sessions. Their expertise, coupled with our comprehensive curriculum, ensures that our clients receive training that goes beyond theoretical concepts, providing real-world insights and skills.
As a company, we have expanded our horizons and diversified our services to cater to a broad spectrum of sectors. While we initially focused on construction health and safety, we have since grown to serve many more industries. These include manufacturing and engineering, gas and electricity distribution, local authorities, and telecoms, for which we are Ireland’s first telecommunications safety training provider.
Our adaptability and commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards allow us to provide tailored training solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Safety isn’t just a box to tick; it’s a culture we embody. At ITS we focus on reducing the number of incidents, playing a vital role in creating a safer working environment. Our integrity-driven approach extends beyond advice, saving not just time and money but lives.

ITS, as a leading training provider, offer a comprehensive range of accreditations and courses tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses. By obtaining accreditation from a trusted professional body, businesses gain a competitive advantage, instilling confidence in clients and partners regarding their commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety practices. This strategic approach positions organisations as leaders in their respective fields, promoting both credibility and trust within the industry.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
At ITS, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact on local communities across the island of Ireland. Guided by our corporate social responsibility (CSR), we actively support community groups, projects, and charities that reflect our core values.
Supporting Local Initiatives
We believe that empowering local organizations is key to creating lasting change. Our support takes many forms, including donations, funding, and sponsorships. From aiding local food banks to sponsoring youth sports teams and championing environmental causes, we are devoted to uplifting those in need.
Encouraging Employee Involvement
Beyond financial contributions, we encourage our employees to volunteer their time and skills. This not only strengthens our commitment to community welfare but also fosters a strong sense of social responsibility within the ITS team.
The Lighthouse Construction Charity
The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and financial support to construction workers and their families. Without public funding, they rely solely on industry generosity to continue their essential work within the construction community, which they’ve been doing since 1956.
Craigavon Area Foodbank
Every year, our team unites to donate food and money to the Craigavon Foodbank, supporting local families in need. By combining our efforts, we address immediate challenges while fostering a sense of community and shared purpose within our staff. This generosity reflects our dedication to social responsibility and deepens our connection to the local area. Through ongoing donations, fundraising, and volunteer work, we aim to make a lasting impact, inspiring others to join us in driving positive change.
